Client Responsibilities

By using our services, the client agrees to:

  • Deadlines: Clients are responsible for tracking application deadlines. Straight Admits is not liable for missed deadlines.
  • Prompt Notification: Clients must promptly inform Straight Admits of any academic, professional, or personal changes affecting the admissions process.

Confidentiality

  • Client Information: We treat all client data with strict confidentiality and will not disclose information to third parties outside Straight Admits without explicit consent.
  • Use of Testimonials: Testimonials, anonymized case studies, or statistical data will only be shared with the client’s consent.

No Guarantee of Admission

Straight Admits provides professional consulting services but cannot guarantee admission to any specific school or program. Admissions outcomes ultimately depend on the client’s profile and efforts.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and advice provided by Straight Admits are protected by copyright laws. Clients are prohibited from sharing, copying, or distributing materials without prior written consent.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before services commence.
  • Failure to make payment will result in suspension or cancellation of services.

No-Refund Policy

Straight Admits has a strict no-refund policy. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.
